If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, you are advised to consult your doctor before using the KDimension software. Certain light patterns can trigger seizures even in people with no history of seizures.
Seizures caused by Light Stimulation (Photosensitive Epilepsy):
If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult your doctor before using the system. People with sensitivity to bright or flashing lights, or geometric shapes and patterns, may have an undiagnosed epileptic disorder and experience seizures when playing video games or viewing video content.
Please STOP USING THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY and consult your doctor if you experience the following symptoms when exposed to bright or flashing lights or any other light stimuli:
- ocular discomfort
- Visual disturbances
- migraines
- Muscle spasms
- Seizures or other involuntary movements
- Fainting
- loss of consciousness
- Confusion or disorientation
Additionally, DISCONTINUE USING THE SOFTWARE if you experience the following symptoms:
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Fatigue
- symptoms of motion sickness
- Aches or pains in the eyes, ears, hands, arms, or feet while playing
If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Recommendations for the Use of the Product:
- Please use the product in a well-lit environment and keep a safe distance from the TV screen.
- Avoid prolonged use. Take 15-minute breaks for every hour of play.
- Avoid playing if you feel fatigued or sleepy.
- Discontinue use if you begin to feel fatigued or if you experience discomfort or pain in your hands or arms. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Safety Notice for Controllers and Accessories:
- Avoid using the vibration and trigger functions if you have bone, joint, or muscle disease or injury to your hands or arms. In case of illness or injury, do not use titles that require the use of the controller without first deactivating these functions.
Virtual Reality (VR) Headset Warning:
- Please read the health and safety warnings in the instruction manual carefully before using the VR headset. Carefully follow the setup and usage instructions.
- Children under the age of 12 should not use the VR headset.
- Make sure you have an obstacle-free space before using the product. Keep pets, children, or other obstacles from interfering with the play area.
- Some people may experience motion sickness, nausea, disorientation, blurred vision, or other discomfort when viewing virtual reality content. If you experience these symptoms, stop using the VR headset immediately.
3D Imagines Warning:
- Some people may experience discomfort (such as eye strain, eyestrain, or nausea) when viewing video images or playing stereoscopic 3D video games. If you experience these discomforts, discontinue use immediately until they cease. Take 15-minute breaks every hour of play, although the length and frequency of breaks may vary from person to person. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
- The vision of children (especially under six years) is still developing. Consult your child's paediatrician or eye doctor before allowing your child to view video images or play stereoscopic 3D video games. Adults should supervise children to ensure compliance with these recommendations.
